These terms cover your use of the Small Hustlers Crew website and game servers. By registering an account you accept them. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. Keep your login details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Maps you upload
When you submit a map you confirm that you made it, or you have the right to share it, and that distributing it here does not infringe anyone else's work. You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to host it, show it on the site and run it on our servers, for as long as it remains in the map library.
Every upload is reviewed before it goes live. We may refuse, remove or take down any submission, and we do not promise to explain every decision. If you believe a map on the site is yours and was uploaded by someone else, contact us and we will take it down while we look into it.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and support the running costs of the community. They are non-refundable. Premium time and in-game cash are granted to your account as soon as PayPal confirms the payment — by donating you ask us to deliver those benefits immediately, and you accept that this means you lose the 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply.
Donating does not buy you a service, a guarantee that our servers will stay online, or any say in how the community is run. Premium benefits may change as the servers change. If a payment fails to reach your account, contact us with the PayPal transaction id and we will sort it out.
Conduct
Play fair and be reasonable with people. Cheating, harassment, hate speech, advertising, spam, sharing other people's personal information, and attempts to break or overload the site or our servers are all grounds for action. Staff may warn, suspend or ban any account, permanently where warranted, and may remove any content. Ban evasion is itself a reason for a ban.
Content from users
Maps, avatars and names on this site are made by the members who submit them. They are not ours and they do not speak for the clan, and we do not check every one before it appears. Whoever submitted something is responsible for it, including for having the right to share it. We are not liable for content other people put here, or for anything you rely on it for.
That said, we do act on it. If something on the site is illegal, infringes your work, or breaks the rules above, report it to [email protected] and we will look into it and take it down where it should come down. We can remove any content at any time, but we are not obliged to monitor everything that gets submitted.
Liability
The site and our game servers are provided as they are, free of charge and with no guarantee of availability. We do our best to keep everything running and to keep your data safe, but we do not accept liability for lost progress, downtime, or content uploaded by other users, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the community changes; the date at the top shows the last revision.
